sterling silver and finely decorated tortoiseshell, consisting of four brushes, a comb, a mirror, two bottles and a cut glass box, a stocking and a glove tool. Sterling silver engraved with floral motifs. Fullly hallmarked Birmingham 1916-1917, silversmiths Mappin & Webb Ltd. Dimensions: mirror: 28 x 11 cm; pair of bottles: 14 x 8 cm; round box: 8 x 12.5 cm; pair of brushes with handle: 24.5 x 8 cm; pair of rectangular brushes: 17 x 4 cm; comb: 19.5 x 4.5 cm; shoehorn: 25.5 x 4.5 cm; glove tool: 23 x 3 cm. Complete with original case signed "Mappin & Webb - London, Paris, Rome". Box dimensions: 15 x 59.5 x 48 cm. Total weight with box: 6070 g.
