Hallmarked with the chamber hallmarks in use in Rome between the late 18th and early 19th century (scarcely legible) and with the hallmark depicting a "Moor's head in profile" in use in 1815 for a silver fineness of 9 ounces and 14 denari (798/1000), which was placed on used silverware after payment had been verified.
