The central scene encloses the dial of the clock with Roman numerals, signed Mappin & Webb - Rome - 8 days: it depicts a man and a woman dancing gracefully among the natural elements, while a third character plays a wind instrument to accompany them in their dance. Signed on the reverse side "METAL DORΓ - DΓPOSΓ" quoting serial number 3917.
