Russian bronze travel icons, Late 19th century

Heights x widths: 8.7 x 10 cm and 5 x 5 cm. Total weight: 654 g.
- Small travel icon in gilt bronze and polychrome enamels; the central scene presents the Virgin of Kazan, surmounted by a cimasa with a Trinity in the center that is flanked by two cherubs and surmounted by the face of the Acheropite. The side panels depict scenes from the life of Jesus: on the left the scenes of the Entry into Jerusalem and the Presentation in the Temple, on the right the scenes of the Ascension and the Anastasis. 
- Small square icon with smooth gilt bronze frame and polychrome enamels, depicting the Mother of God Blachernitissa.
