Folio (260x190 mm.), early ‘carta rustica’ boards, spine covered with marbled paper, original flyleaves preserved with later notes; pp. 273 (numbered by an early hand till p. 260 at upper right corner), the last 4 leaves original blanks. Text lines ruled in blind, script by 2/3 hands in a clear, cursive handwriting in brown ink on 30 lines.
