set with blue sapphire flanked by diamonds.  setting embellished by a central sapphire, probably Burma, and diamonds. It has a gemological certificate by Masterstones, gemmological analisys center.
N. 01 sapphire, cushion shape, composite cut. 7.00 ct. Origin: Burma. No indication of heating.
N. 14 round shaped diamonds, huit huit cut, approx. 0.35 ct, H-I color, SI.
N. 04 rectangular shaped, step cut, approx. 0.60 ct, J-K color, VVS-P. 
IT size 12 - US size 6.
