French silver coffee pot, Early 19th century
Height x diameter: 29 x 11 cm. Weight 759 g.
plain ovoid body with noble coat of arms resting on three ferine feet and palmette upper attachment, tapered neck with moulded pourer and zoomorphic spout. Hinged lid with pinecone grip, ebony handle. Hallmarked with an unidentified mark and the French import mark from non-contracting countries in use since 1893.
