a) rectangular shape cigarette case with snap button and guilloché enamel in the tones of brown and pink; 900/1000 silver, hallmarked with the marks in use in Germany after 1888.
Height x width x depth: 4.2 x 7.3 x 1.3 cm, weight 78 g;
b) shaped powder case with guillochè enamels in the tones of black and green; 925/1000 silver, complete set of Cheester marks 1951-1952, silversmiths Deakin & Francis Ltd.
Height x width x depth: 7.3 x 7.8 x 1.2 cm, weight 78 g.

Item condition grading: **** good, signs of use commensurate with use over time, including surface scratches and defects to the enamel of the cigarette case.
