The award/recognition is made on a metal plate by the company MICRO METAL - Made in USA with the photo-engraved plates process as highlighted on the back by the stamp bearing the words PHOTOENGRAVER'S PLATES. "La dolce vita" is a 1960 film directed and co-written by Federico Fellini, considered one of Fellini's masterpieces and among the most famous films in the history of cinema. It represents a journey into the Roman dolce vita at the end of the fifties which sees Marcello Mastroianni as the protagonist.
The film received 4 nominations and won an award at the Oscars, was the winner of the Palme d'Or at the 13th Cannes Film Festival, and also won a series of other awards, including this one which is being offered at auction.
