Very rare "YES" card for voting in the National Unity Plebiscite of the 1860s/1870s, presumably used for voting in the then outgoing Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, or for the annexation of the territories of Rome and its province to the Kingdom of Italy and of the provinces of Civitavecchia, Frosinone, Velletri and Viterbo which took place on 2 October 1870. On light paper, with typographical print in black ink of the "YES" in capital letters surmounted by the coat of arms of the royal house of Savoy, in excellent condition with slight creases and scattered signs.
