This beautiful fusion repeats the archaeological model preserved in the Capitoline Museums in Rome, a sculpture dating back to the 2nd century AD.
It is a nineteenth-century fusion (typical of the grand tour taste), probably dating back to the first half of the century.
Conditions: Statuary marble setting. With light wear.
