The Risen Christ, 16th-17th century

Carved and polychromed wood

The sculpture in question depicts the Risen Christ covered by a cloak, polychromed red on the inside and light blue on the outside. The remaining polychromy presents a very fine finishing, worthy of Renaissance table.

Despite the damage suffered over time, this sculpture, philologically restored, maintains its charm.

Condition: Posterior base. Defects, shortcomings.
