with white marble base, cylindrical body with the muse Calliope in gilded bronze. Machine with round white enamel dial with Roman numerals and two holes for winding and striking. Pendulum regulator with bronze bell for the chimes. Machine signed Japy Frerees 1855. This watch manufacturer was founded in the 1770s by Frederic Japy Beaucourt and remained active until the end of the 1770s. Running car.
