10.31.1863 - Letter sent from Macerata to Rome and franked with a 15 cent. lithographic stamp no. 13; The letter was retained by the Macerata office because it was not sufficiently franked. Later, on December 3, 1863, a 5 cent. grey-green no. L16 was added on its third day of use. An absolutely uncommon set. (A-) (Cert. Caffaz)
