square brass case with outer frame in guilloché enamels in the shades of violet and elephant ivory inner frame (Elephas maximus Linnaeus, 1758 or Loxodonta africana Blumenbach, 1797) with inscription Bornand & Co - Montreaux; watch with dial painted with a river landscape with gilded bezel and Roman numerals with inscription '8 Days - Swiss'.


Item condition grading: **** good.
The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time.
The watch movement requires a technical service.
This lot, accompanied by a CITES certificate and expertise issued by Ce.S.Ar Centro studi archeometici, is only available for sale with shipments within the European Union.
