Apparently unmarked; tested with acid and touchstone, it is guaranteed to be silver. E. Dreyfous, founded in Paris in 1860, was a renowned jewelry and silverware company. The firm was known for creating high-quality pieces, often sold to aristocratic and royal clients, and had a store located on Rue de la Paix, one of the most prestigious luxury streets in Paris.
Item condition grading: **** good. The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time; minor imperfections in the enamels. The watch movement requires a technical service.
