Art Déco silver and enamels table clock, Genoa, 1920s - 1930s

Carriage clock case in silver and guilloché enamel in shades of pink, with a golded dial featuring Arabic numerals within white enamel reserves and black hour markers, featuring the inscriptions "Fratelli Lovvy - Genova". The watck is key wound. Apparently unmarked; tested with acid and touchstone, guaranteed to be silver. Fratelli Lovvy was founded in Genoa, a city renowned for its tradition in watchmaking and silversmithing. The company was active between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a period when Geneva was a major hub for the production of high-quality watches and luxury items.
Item condition grading: **** good. The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time; minor imperfections in the enamels. The watch movement requires a technical service.
