Fully hallmarked on the lower front Birmingham 1903-1904, silversmith Marks & Cohen (Walter Henry Marks & Samuel Tobias Cohen). On the case, "FRENCH MOVEMENT". Marks & Cohen, established in Birmingham, England, in 1900, was a notable silversmith firm founded by Walter Henry Marks and Samuel Tobias Cohen.
