Octagonal case in sterling silver with guilloché enamel in shades of blue, white dial with Arabic numerals and luminous hour markers, and seconds at 6 o'clock, featuring the inscription "8 Days".
Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1922-1923, silversmith Henry Matthews.
Henry Matthews was a renowned British silversmith, active primarily in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His business was based in Birmingham, an important center for silver craftsmanship and other precious metals.
