Octagonal case in sterling silver with guilloché enamel in shades of blue, white dial with Arabic numerals and luminous hour markers, and seconds at 6 o'clock, featuring the inscription "8 Days". Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1922-1923, silversmith Henry Matthews. Henry Matthews was a renowned British silversmith, active primarily in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His business was based in Birmingham, an important center for silver craftsmanship and other precious metals.
Item condition grading: **** good. The case of the clock is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time. The watch movement requires a technical service.
