partially gilded silver pocket watch holder. Base and column in jasper flanked by two carved elephant ivory musician putti (Elephas maximus Linnaeus, 1758 or Loxodonta africana Blumenbach, 1797).
Accompanied by a 14ct gold pocket watch, remontoir winding and cylinder movement, partially gilded dial with Arabic numerals.
800/1000 silver, hallmarked under the base '800' and unidentified German marks.
Pocket watch diameter 26 mm, total weight 16.2 g.
Item condition grading: **** good, with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time.
The watch movement is currently working but may requires a technical service.
