He was born in Rome in 1958, where he lives and works. It was in the early 1980s that Grieco began his journey with ceramics, developing its rules, limits and developments. He delved into different working techniques and primitive firings, perfected the composition of high-temperature glazes, ash glazes, terra sigillata and experimental clay mixtures, managing to interpret in a ‘contemporary’ key a material whose integrity and purity he respects. His works were exhibited in the exhibition La Scultura Ceramica Contemporanea in Italia at Gnam in Rome.
