Large 16th century edition of the work compiled by the Augustinian hermit Bartolomeo da Urbino (d. 1350), a collection of large extracts from the theological works of St. Ambrose, entirely similar to the work the author had dedicated to St. Augustine the previous year; the only edition ever printed, with a typ. brand on the frontispiece (a salamander in flames) and large initials engraved in the text.
