Format in-4ยฐ, mm. 235x190, pp. 823. Part 1 (of 2). Contemporary full parchment binding with gold titles on the spine (partly faded). Marbled edges. Clear text, in Latin in two columns. Printer's mark on the title page. Excellent copy with slight foxing on the leaves.

Old edition printed in Rome in 1757 by Ottavio Puccinelli. Work of canon law, part 1 (of 2) contains: Institutiones Iuris Ciuilis, Librum I. et II. & Decretalium complectens. Canonical Institutions of Remigius Maschat of St. Erasmus ... with the New Pontifical Constitutions, Summaries of all the decrees, corrections of subsequent laws, and collections from the Council of Trent, Bulls to the Compendium of the spectators of the Decrees of the same Council, augmented by Canon Ubaldo Giraldi of St. Cajetan (1692-1775).
