Contemporary full parchment binding with handwritten titles on the spine. Copy with significant browning on the leaves. Small tears on the edges of the folding plates. Light water stains and sporadic foxing.

Second edition printed in Jena in 1707 for Iohannem Bielckium (in the colophon Ienae, typis Christophori Krebsii, 1701). Printer's device in copperplate on the title page. With 5 fold-out copperplate plates depicting various Roman coins and ancient equipment. Work of the German scholar and historian Burkhard Gotthelf Struve (1671-1738).
