Illustrated 17th century, late edition (first ed. 1549) of the treatise on onomastics and numerology by A. Raimondo (16th century) with copper engravings depicting astrological schemes and zodiac diagrams; the treatise, in fact, illustrates a system of divination based on names, whose letters have, according to the author, a numerical value closely connected to the planets and the zodiac. Calc. frontispiece, colored frontispiece, woodcut engravings in the text; the last leaf, blank, is preserved. Light foxing and sporadic oxidation, but overall a good copy.
