A group of 3 German solid silver centrepieces, Hanau, 19th century

Of shaped form with openwork bases in floral and plant motifs, the body richly decorated with floral elements, garlands, fruit and scrolls; in the centre scenes of daily life and scenes of chivalry. Circle-shaped side handles adorned with ram's heads.

Hallmarked with the hallmarks in use in Hanau towards the end of the 19th century, silversmith B. Neresheimer & SΓΆhne.
