Hallmarked with for a gold fineness of 56 zolotniks (583/1000) used in St. Petersburg and with the mark "OP£ attributable to the goldsmith Otto Reinhold Pettelius, or Petelius, born in 1814, active in St. Petersburg between 1838 and 1874.
