of circular stepped base from which rises a smooth stem. It ends with a circular plate supporting the seat for the candle holder finished with a ridged decoration.
800/1000 silver, hallmarked with the marks used in Milan, Lombardy–Venetia between 1812 and 1872, and bearing the mark of the silversmith Tommaso Panizza, who operated under the “nursing goat” trademark at Contrada degli Orefici 3199 from 1837 until 1868, the year of his death.
