A group of four French Regency armchairs, France, 1715-1730
Height x width x depth 95x54x49 cm
without armrests with St. Jacques shell backs and with rare crisscross weave; this type was created to allow noble ladies with wide skirts not to have the obstacle of armrests. Made of beech wood.
