Italian altar of Our Lady of the Snows, Turin, 1898
Height x width x depth 305x135x52 cm
made of walnut wood, depicts Our Lady of the Snows with the prayer shown at the top of the hat. In the center is a painting of the Virgin and Child Jesus, a work by Asti painter Egidio Urbano Badoni (Asti July 16, 1857- Turin January 2, 1925) made for the first exhibition of sacred art that took place in Turin in 1898.
