Pharmacy jar, albarello, second half of the 18th century

25 x 11 x 9.8 cm
ceramic, with a body slightly tapered in the center with rounded shoulder and base. Everted upper rim and disc-shaped base cut on the stick. Lathe-shaped. Polychrome decoration with landscape scene and wolf within an ochre-bordered reserve, inscription "lupo cerviero" at the base. Initials with date in manganese brown on the back. Abruzzo manufacture, probably Torre dei Passeri.
State of conservation: several points with loss of enamel on the body and upper rim restored in two places. Small losses on the edge of the foot
