Gilded bronze plaque mounted in Pace, original handle; mm 136.7 x 81.
The Virgin flanked by four figures in the act of donning the tunic of Saint Ildephonsus? Kneeling in front. Aedicule with pediment inside which is the figure of God the Father. The style of the newsstand shows strong Italian influence.
Beautiful old fusion.
