Pharmacy jar, ceramic jar, 19th/20th century

27.5 x 12 x 9.8 cm
body slightly tapered in the center with rounded shoulder and base. Everted upper rim with disc base cut on the stick. Lathe-shaped. Polychrome decoration on white in shades of blue, rotten green and ochre. On one side of the body is depicted St. Martin dividing his cloak with the beggar within a reserve. At the base within a cartouche is a pharmaceutical inscription. On the other side of the vase is a cartouche of the Certosa di S. Martino with an inappropriate date.
State of preservation: very good.
