Etching, 275 x 235 mm (plate), 435 x 320 mm (sheet). Plate from the series "Recueil de griffonis, de vues, paysages, fragments antiques et sujets historique..." published in Paris around 1760.

A fine example printed on laid paper with watermark (IHS monogram in a circle). Large preserved margins. Uniformly browned sheet, with traces of discoloration due to the application of the passe-partout. Very light creasing, but overall in good condition.
