The adjudicated lots can only be collected by appointment no later than 30 days from the date of the auction by communicating via email to Alessandra Tabacco: a.tabacco@bertolamifineart.com Before collecting the lots, please check with Bertolami Fine Art the location of the goods.
The possible delivery of the lot to the buyer himself or to a third party (with a written and signed proxy) will take place only after the registered collection of the total amount due to Bertolami Fine Art.
If the shipping costs, including packing and insurance, are not included in the enclosed document, it will be possible to organise packing and shipping, including insurance, via our contracted courier, always on the condition that the buyer has paid the total amount due in full.
Please note that our couriers are independent companies from Bertolami Fine Arts srl.
Alternatively, you can arrange shipment via your own courier service. In this case, we ask you to fill in all parts and send the signed letter of indemnity (download form here).
It will be the responsibility of your courier to ensure proper packaging.
